Establish a link with the Portuguese-speaking countries in the training of Portuguese instructors  with   a   special   focus   on   the   training   of   bilingual professionals;

Develop research in the area of Portuguese teaching and Sino-Portuguese culture in partnership with Mainland China and Portuguese-speaking countries;

Promote intercultural communication between China and Portuguese-speaking countries.
